Kürbis TarteHerbstzeit ist Kochzeit. Zumindest bei mir. Wenn die Tage kürzer und kälter werden, habe ich wieder viel mehr Spaß am Kochen. Außerdem bringt der Herbst viele leckere Gemüsesorten auf den Saison- und Speiseplan: leckeres Wurzelgemüse und vor allem Kürbis! Neulich habe ich Sonntags – als kleine Lernpause in meiner Klausurenzeit – eine formlose Kürbis-Süßkartoffel-Tarte mit veganem Mürbeteig entworfen. Nur auf den Fetakäse konnte ich am Ende nicht verzichten 😉 . Mir persönlich hat die Herbst-Tarte super gut geschmeckt. Meinem Mann war sie etwas „zu gesund“. Aber bilde dir am besten deine eigene Meinung. Ich freue mich – wie immer – über Rückmeldungen und Feedback. Du kannst die Tarte bzgl. ihres Gemüseinhalts natürlich nach Belieben verändern. Hier mein Vorschlag: Rezept: Formlose Herbst-Tarte mit Kürbis und Süßkartoffel Du brauchst – Zutaten: Für den veganen Mürbeteig: 250 g Dinkel-Vollkornmehl 125 g Kokosöl 50 ml kaltes Wasser etwas Salz Für die Füllung: 2 Knoblauchzehen 1 – 2 Zwiebeln 1/2 Hokkaido-Kürbis 1 Süßkartoffel evtl. einige Cherrytomaten (dann wird es etwas saftiger) Ölivenöl Meersalz schwarzer Pfeffer 1 EL Majoran 1/2 Bund frischer Thymian ggf.
